There are 14 Exquisite 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas, each with a private pool, set directly on Dawn Beach with fantastic views of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barths and 7 elegant 2 bedroom townhouses overlooking the picturesque Oyster Pond Marina. There is a common pool for guests to use by the Townhouses overlooking the marina. All villas are beachfront or beach view (just steps away from the beach). About St. Maarten
